POLODOM is a classifieds service where owners, estate agencies and developers publish offers to sell or rent property in Poland, and interested people can browse them and contact the advertiser. POLODOM is not a party to any agreement between advertisers and interested people, does not act as an estate agent and charges no commission on transactions.
Browsing listings is free and requires no account. When you contact an advertiser through the form you provide true contact details; we pass your enquiry to the advertiser, who replies directly. It is forbidden to use the service to send unsolicited content, to harvest listings automatically, or to do anything that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
A listing may be posted by an adult who owns the property or has the right to offer it. The advertiser is responsible for the content, price, photos and contact details being true, current and free of third-party rights, in particular copyright in the photos. One listing covers one property. Contact details given in a listing are publicly visible.
We check every listing before publication, usually within one working day. We may refuse or remove a listing that breaches these terms, is untrue or misleading, concerns a property already sold, or contains unlawful content. We notify refusals by e-mail where an address was given. The advertiser may ask at any time for a listing to be changed or removed, quoting its number.
By posting a listing, the advertiser grants POLODOM a free, non-exclusive licence to publish its content and photos on the site, in the app and in material promoting that listing, including in translation, for as long as the listing is live.
Agencies and developers publish through automatic import from a file or URL (XML, CSV, JSON). A partner is responsible for imported listings in the same way as for listings added by hand. A listing removed from the export file is archived on the site at the next update. Terms of cooperation and fees are described in the Pricing; cooperation starts when POLODOM confirms the registration.
Current fees and free periods are described in the Pricing. Business prices are net; consumer prices include VAT. Paid services start after payment and we issue an electronic invoice. A consumer may withdraw from a contract for a paid service within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason, unless at their express request the service was fully performed before that period ended. For founding partners the price is guaranteed for the period stated in the pricing; we announce other price changes at least 30 days in advance.
We do our best to keep the service running without interruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; we announce maintenance where possible. We do not verify the legal or technical condition of properties and are not liable for the content of listings, for the conduct of advertisers and interested people, or for agreements concluded between them. Indicative prices nearby are calculated from active listings and are not a valuation. Towards consumers we are liable under the general rules of law.
Please send complaints about the service to [email protected] or through the contact form. We reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint procedures, for example through the Polish municipal consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection.

We may change these terms for important reasons, for example a change in the law or in the scope of services. We announce changes on the site, and by e-mail to advertisers and partners who gave an address, at least 14 days before they take effect. Services ordered before a change remain subject to the previous terms.
Agreements concluded under these terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside. Disputes with consumers are heard by the courts competent under the general rules; disputes with businesses by the court competent for the operator's seat.
