About us

A property portal for all of Poland – and for buyers from abroad

POLODOM is a property listings portal: apartments, houses, plots, commercial premises and new developments from all over Poland in one place. It runs in six languages – Polish, English, German, Dutch, Spanish and French – because more and more people are looking for a home in Poland from Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Spain and France, and for Polish sellers that means extra buyers.

How it works

• Sellers and landlords post a listing through the form: a photo of every room, a description, a price. We show prices nearby straight away, so setting an asking price is easier.
• Agencies and developers connect their listings software (CRM). Listings update themselves and enquiries go straight to the office. Details: For business.
• Buyers search by city, district, type and price, save favourites and write to the advertiser through the form. We charge no commission to either side.

Launch year

In the launch year, agencies and developers publish for free and the first private listing is free as well. Fees only start once the portal actually brings customers, and we never tie them to the value of a listings portfolio. Details: Pricing.
